I have an idea, bring on that panel of designers and engineers to answer for this dumb decision, let them answer our questions live, instead of hiding behind moderators saying “it’s a test”.

The new map is dreadful. Reinstate the old one and include a tab that takes you to level 1 so can play earlier levels without endless scrolling.

I agree. I cannot enjoy playing in portrait mode. In fact I have stopped playing any CCS games on my iPad.

I will not be playing CCS on my iPad until Landscape mode returns. It is totally unenjoyable.

Their programmers are dumb to not make their app be flexible for different screen formats/orientation! That response is generic. I received that response in their email to me.

I encourage everyone here to send an email to support. Here is how: at the top of this page, click/tap on the “Support” icon, then scroll all the way to the bottom and click/tap “Contact us”. Please lets bring our complaints to King kong. Moderators here are not of any help at all! In fact they keep posting the generic message.

I encourage everyone to write a one-star review of the Candy Crush Saga app in the App Store for iPads, Google Play store for Androids, and Microsoft Store for PC users. I already revised my review and gave this app one star.

What happened to the Map? I understand trying to improve functionality but it's boring and I feel that the aesthetic has been compromised. I'm in the level 6000s
