Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

That's OK kiara_wael. I want to Thank You for curing me of my spending habit on the Candy Crush Saga addiction. I can easily afford it (go ahead look up how much I've spent in the last 3-4 years), BUT, I won't spend money on something I cannot even see. Odd how all the Moderator's keep telling us what a great thing it is to shrink the playing surface to 1/3 of the original size, but you now have 250 pages of complaints. I guess the people that actually spend the money are just way toooo dumb to see it.

Should we be surprised that nothing has changed about the board still being in landscape instead of portrait. NO, we are not surprised. Candy Crush tells us to leave feedback. We do and say we don't like it; but still no change. Do they really care about what we say? NO !!!

So it’s because your techies think everyone only uses a cell phone. Wrong! I use an iPad at night to play but in landscape only. But sales and marketing do care if they loose a regular player, programming doesn’t care. They can program landscape for FAQ just not the game. Fix it!
