⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

Oh, King listens, they just don't care how we feel about the game board. They figure we will just keep playing and paying. Well, I for one, might play; but I will not again pay for anything. If I can't continue, then I will quit. If they haven't changed it back by now, then most likely, it will not go back. Either we suffer through it or we quit. I really don't think King cares one way or the other.

I don’t think they are going to change it back. Tried everything now they don’t even respond. It’s pretty quiet on here to so I think a lot of people have just excepted it. You can only fight so much. Sad really because I won’t play any king games now even in the future…..

Hi Toddy, I agree, but I will keep after them. Meanwhile the money stays in the wallet (their loss). So far Candy Crush Soda Saga (I find it way more fun, less childish) is still Landscape. They switched it to Portrait for about a day a year ago then switched it back when people started complaining,.

I don’t want to give up on the hope that the option to play in landscape comes back.

That was probably the test , I do believe other people said the same on Candy crush. I have looked for some new games and most are played in portrait. I have a phone . I don’t even like using it for phone calls so I certainly wouldn’t play games on it because it’s too small. I really enjoyed Candy crush but I don’t miss it. I think all games will go down this road for whatever reason they think it’s a good thing. I personally think they should bring back LANDSCAPE mode on all games or give you the option.

I have looked at screen shots of the game before the “improvements” were made and to me the graphics were much better. Now are much more simplistic and sparse. It looked much better and more interesting before the awful changes. So I think it is ironic and sad that they want people to thank the design team! What are we thanking them for?

I'LL just keep hoping they switch it back. If not I can always donate the money to the Veteran's Food Bank.

I will hope they change it back to. And if not I can take all the money I'm not spending in Candy Crush and donate more to the Veteran's Food Bank.

I guess Microsoft now owns Candy Crush. This explains a lot! I wonder what will happen next!?

I hope they leave the Help Desk alone, Gods knows what would happen. Just look at how bad they screwed up the Microsoft Help Desk. I haven't been able to redeem Microsoft Reward Points since August 30th.
