⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

Somehow they are going to make sure the “thank you” cards are forwarded to the designers but our complaints about portrait view is ignored and falls on dead ears! Why aren’t our complaints forwarded to the powers that be? Do they only pay attention to complements (and money) and ignore any criticism?!

I thought it was the customer was always right even if they are wrong, we are customers so we are not wrong. Change it back to portrait please

Hah, try dealing with the Microsoft Rewards "Help (not) Desk". Now there's a competent bunch. At least here the Moderator's tell us what a good thing this is (tongue firmly rotating in cheek).

I’ve been playing Candy Crush for years but I hadn’t been playing much on my ipad, and this past week I tried to play again and i can’t get it to turn to display my game in landscape mode or full screen? All my other King games turn perfectly so I know it’s possible and for the fact I’ve played that way in the past on my ipad. Is there a setting i need to change or is this something that has been changed within the game? It’s not nearly as fun or aesthetically pleasing to have to play it in vertical mode or what I’m assuming is cell phone app mode. Help…..please!!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode .Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

Hi Krystal, sorry, they don't care. All you will get here is being told how valuable your feedback is. As if 254 pages of complaints on the discussion board isn't enough feedback. At least they stopped telling us that it's an improvement.
Here's a sample of what they were feeding us from Day 1. Notice how it doesn't appear anymore.
"Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with your device. We've made some necessary changes to ensure that the content we create for you continues to be entertaining and of the highest quality.
We understand you might be disappointed by this change, but rest assured, everything we do is about making our games even better and even more enjoyable for you.
We always want the game to be fresh and fun. It's just that sometimes we have to remove a feature to make room for new exciting ones."
Question, WHERE'S THE FUN, enjoyable? 254 pages of complaints? Better? Enjoyable?

THERE IS NO FUN NOW. It is not fun anymore, enjoyable or better so why can't they see that 254 pages of complaints/comments that they are doing something wrong

I used to have fun and enjoy the game but not any more! Please change it back!

We are now in 2023 and I have the same problem even on the computer app! And more I can't access the game anymore on my cell and on my computer, the screen in gray and I cant do anything !!

Hi melwo, just remember what I told you before about reset, uninstall/reinstall. Oh, and about the game being in portrait mode. According to the Moderators, this is an improvement and makes the game better and of the highest quality. I wouldn't know it, my back hurts from leaning forward, and my eyes hurt from squinting, so I just sign in to get my free stuff, and give lives to the 2 people in my group that still play. But no worries 254 pages of complaints must be wrong.
