UGH .... I hate this forced portrait mode!!
10+ years (level 13,321) on my iPad (only) and this!!
Cant wait for the "test" to be over .... I really hope they add Landscape mode back for all the millions of users that do not want this, not a fan of the new map either!!

I don't think this "TEST" will ever be over.
I am going to demand a refund of the HUNDREDS I have spent on this site & will tell all my friends they couldn't care less about their clients !!!

What exactly is wrong with the chocolate machine? Does the supposed bug persist? Pretty sure it has nothing to do with the screen orientation issue.
This said, a game remains vital when its functionality or performance is improved, not limited. By forcing players to use portrait mode, they are practically annihilating a big part of the playerbase, thus decreasing revenue for the company. It's a terrible move.

I created this account to reinforce what others have said, I play on a tablet and portrait mode is a deal breaker for me.
I guess I'm done unless King decides to end this "test". I could probably use the time I waste here more constructively anyway.

Why is this!? Is it because it looks better in the portrait mode?? It might look better but it does nothing for playing! What’s more important?

Sadly, I emailed support about this and was told to go to the help menu! Not good. I would have expected a better answer than that. I wear glasses and play on my iPad. For you to take away landscape mode is VERY disappointing! The portrait screen is too small to see. I don't care about new features but, I think you should care about folks with limited vision, i.e. seniors and disabled!

I have just gone to portrait only and have joined the forum to complain about this , I HATE it , been playing for many years 12000+ levels completed and now it’s ruined
