⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

Yesterday (Wednesday) I uninstalled and re-installed my candy crush saga but have lost all my bonuses and purchases…. Can you please look into this for me and hopefully you might be able to restore what I had… I do not remember how much I had of what, but I do know that I had more than 30 coconut wheels… I was trying to get my game out of portrait mode and back to horizontal mode… it didn’t fix this so I have lost it all for nothing..
I do hope you can help fix this..

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Thank you for the feedback. Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

This poor person was just trying to get around you guys stupid update now they’ve lost their boosters. You guys should at least compensate them in some way since you are ultimately to blame. I just come back here every now and then to see if it’s fixed but I haven’t played the game in three months I won’t be returning unless landscape does.

I loved to be able to use two hands while playing in Landscape by letting my iPad rest on my tummy while in bed. Now, I have to stand up the iPad, hold it with one hand, and when charging, I get poked by the charger end. Needless to say, I don’t play as much anymore.

No, still forced into portrait if you can be bothered to load it. It's caused damage to my charging cable, and last weekend the rsi in my wrist (from holding it) was bad enough to hurt even when not playing. I Just play less and less these days.

Well thanks to the Management’s ineptness in removing the ability to play in landscape mode, I decided to protest by not buying anymore boosters, etc. It’s saved my thousands of dollars and the good news is it’s cost CandyCrush the same thousands, yay!

Why can’t I play in landscape anymore on my iPad. Sooo frustrating as it loads horizontally then flips to portrait. Please fix!!!!
