Reinstalled app - level correct but all bonuses are gone

Hello,
Since the last iOS update every-time I complete a new level I have to close and reopen the app because the screen is faded and unresponsive with the Tiffy character stuck there.
Then for the last few days I haven’t been able to mix ingredients because the server couldn’t be contacted.
So I check the support pages and followed the advice to delete and re-install the app. I signed into my profile and I’m on the level but all my candy bombs, fish, etc are gone and there is no events or daily spin wheel. Also the ability to mix ingredients is gone.
Is this just what happens with an re-install or can I recover everything?

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
