Bro I have played many games till now even this game this is my second I'd the game is having issues not with me only but with some of my friends also
It's not working on my personal internet connection but only on wifi
All mobile settings are working well as I don't have such issue in other games

Has it always been like that? Have you changed your phone recently maybe, or taken a long break from Candy Crush Saga? 🤔
I'm going to assume you have an Android phone. Could you check your data settings? Namely, your networked apps.
Go to Settings -> Mobile data -> Networked apps:
Or go to Settings -> Applications, or long press on the game icon and choose App info, then Data usage and Networked apps at the bottom:

why has my piggy bank option disappeared?
when I logged in I got a pop-up saying I’d won boosters, this was followed by a pop-up saying I’d won 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive them. Anybody know what these were about?
