Obviously, you gotta repeat the process - feed and relocate to explode - 5 times. I'd advise you to break the black springs with the frog, then use the Coco Wheels, Striped Candies and the Frog to destroy the Toffee Swirls.
Strangely, once I did this level, it immediately changed. The frog was gone and the goals were different. 😮
