Gold bars
I did not receive 40 gold bars when I won the Champions race. I won the race prior and received 35 bars. 3 times I tried to claim them and each time the screen froze. I reset the game each time and could not get the bars released. I played on and won the next race. I was to get 40 bars, instead it released the 35 bars and I never got the 40 for winning that race. I have sent countless emails to support and I cannot get satisfaction. Any suggestions?

I am sorry you did not get the gold bars that you earned by winning the race. You said you have contacted support but did not get a satisfactory reply. Have they not offered to give you the gold bars?
I have always found them very responsive. It helps if you contact them in game via the platform you are playing on so they can see your game directly to see what is going on. Also it really helps if you can send them a screenshot. In the future, when you win the race - take a screenshot and when you contact player support include the screenshot. Even better, if you can take a screenshot of your gold bars and then after the race show that your gold bars didn't increase.
I also encourage you to enter some of the contests we have currently in the community - because you have several opportunities to potentially win gold bars. I know this doesn't fix your current issue, but it does provide a chance to win some gold bars for your game.
