It looks like my game reset

I was doing great on lv 1662 and then I came back after a shower to everything gone. I had like 3 hrs on specials for levels, I had 1hr 30mins on lives and 27 gold bars...now nothing. And the game is treating me like I am brand new giving me those early game tips and crap. What is going on?

Was the game still on while you were away (taking a shower)? If so, it's possible your device has wiped app data together with temp memory. This has removed all of your boosters and, as it seems, your level progress too. I'm going to assume you weren't logged in with a Facebook account or a King account to save your progress.

I am logged into a King account. And the game was still open. I just put the phone down and walked away. And it’s an iPhone if that matters.

It somewhat matters, yes, because I've seen other similar reports of things going wrong after leaving device unattended while game is still on.

If you have a King account, your progress - levels, gold bars and friends - must be saved on the game server. Was your phone connected to the Internet? Tried relogging into your account?

If you're convinced this shouldn't have happened, you gotta submit a support ticket. You can do so from inside the game as well. Don't expect much help though.

If your game was also connected to your Facebook account, you can check whether your progress is still there here.

Thank you so much for helping. I was connected to internet and I have done the support ticket also. They have not been much help. I will try the logging in and out thing.
