I clicked on the claim button for the four hours unlimited life but nothing happened. I tried a few more times but it still didn’t work. I decided to try closing the game and restarting, but now the four hour reward isn’t showing up. Where do I go to claim that reward?? And you continue to mark my question as answered but you haven’t even addressed the actual issue I’m having. Having the same generic automated response is not only not helpful, it’s super frustrating. The player support server seems to be down, so please tell me how to get the reward.

Player support seems to be down as well. I have tried to submit my issue with the game about 25 times, but it continues to say “oops, there’s a problem……”
