Levels different on New device

HI ....I just bought my wife a new device and we were able to move 2 of the 3 King games over with no trouble. When I tried moving the levels on Candy Crush Saga over I get different levels on the new device. The old device is on 599 and the new device is showing 306. I have the old device logged into her account and when I log in the new device, the level is wrong. Any suggestions? BTW...she does not have a FB account. Thanks!!!!! Walter
