Why is the platform resetting?
Everytime it resets I lose all my banked lives, this time is was over 60, and my play sets back. It is extremely annoying being a 5000+ level that you restrict our play.
Not cool for loyal players and now your taking away loyalty.
Makes it harder and harder to stay loyal.
Resets are not usual game behaviour. I don't remember my game resetting on its own, ever. Except my level win streak but that's not such a big deal. I mean I've never lost my boosters, lives, levels or gold bars.
What device are you playing on, Ms Girl? Do you sometimes leave it unattended while the game is on? Do you delete your app data from time to time or does your device do it on its own?
Do you happen to lose anything else? Boosters maybe? Do you have to sign back in when this happens?
What about your boosters? Do you have any?
Have you tried another browser?
What about the standalone Windows version of the game you can get from Microsoft's App Store?
Bear in mind the browser version is bugged, which is probably why you keep seeing the T&Cs pop-up. This doesn't explain why you keep losing your lives (and possibly boosters too) though. Is it possible your browser keeps deleting browser data?
Btw, do you get ads when playing on your mobile?
This is strange. I opened the game on 2 different browsers - Chrome and Firefox. Didn't get the terms pop-up on either. My stored lives there are barely 21, as I usually play on the mobile version.
If it's not happening to me, it shouldn't be happening to you either. Anyway, you should try the Windows version if you prefer playing on PC.
There's a mobile version for PC too. It requires an emulator to run though.
I'm afraid that's all I can say. You could write to Support about this. Maybe they'll be able to offer a solution.

You mention trying different browsers. How about trying the desktop version, assuming you have a Windows PC? You can see screenshots above.
