Evert time I open the game on my browser the terms and conditions show up. When it does I lose all of my events and have to play a level in order to get to get them back. Also when it does I don't get the rewards for winning any competitions. This happened today on the blue moon event. How can I stop this from happening?

I've noticed that the terms pop up when you log out of your account. It feels like the browser version (through Facebook's website) is bugged and relogs you into your account every time the game loads up. Seeing 720 hours for Challenge a Friend instead of 24 hours proves that. As a result, ads simply do not work there, even if your account gets them.

Do your boosters reset to 0, btw? If not, then the browser version keeps logging you out. That's why I'd advise you to use the mobile version instead, or you could try the standalone Windows version.

    Have fun! 👍

    Hi @Janice_Staels!

That doesn't sound good! have you tried clearing your browser's cache or testing a different one to see if the same thing happens?

We did have a temporary issue today that might have caused some data to get stuck. Try clearing the chance and let us know if the issue persists 👍

Is there anything that I can do in order to rectify this problem

Like I said in this other thread - Stop resetting the system - Terms and Conditions, you should try another browser or the standalone Windows version which can be downloaded from Microsoft's App Store.

The browser version doesn't have ads, so you shouldn't really be using it if you have them on mobile.

    Good luck! 🌞

I don't know what you mean by resetting it .I don't do that. I have been playing the same way for 9 years and I have never had this problem before. I can't play on mobile because the screen is too small.

I don't mean anything by that because it's not my words. Someone else mistakenly thought devs kept "resetting the system", hence the T&Cs pop-up. If you haven't experienced this before, then it's probably a new bug to add to the list.

I'm going to suggest one last time that you gave the official standalone desktop version a try. Moreover, the browser version is currently force shown in portrait view which has made majority of browser version players angry.

From the little test use I've done, there have been no unwanted pop-ups, it can be resized to your liking and it shares the same boosters with the browser version.

    Take care! ✌

I have had the same issue and this is what worked for me, I use Chrome with windows.

    1. On your computer, open Chrome
    2. .At the top right, click More (the three dots, far top right)
    3.   Settings. Click Privacy and security
    4.  Site settings. Scroll down to the bottom Click JavaScript
    5.  Make sure it is marked as Sites can use JavaScript.
    6. But here are the extra steps you have to take.
    7. Click on Sites can use JavaScript - to open it.
    8. Under - Allowed to use JavaScript you will need to add - https://apps.facebook.com

No, this technically doesn't make sense, letting all sites use JavaScript should mean that, but apparently it doesn't with Facebook apps.

The first time you open your game, the Events may not be there, you may want to play one turn (I did), or not, then refresh the candy crush screen and your events should appear.

    Good luck!
