It's nice you've decided to talk to the community. These guys better have answers, otherwise it will be a waste of time.
1. When will these "tests" with game's orientation end? Feedback is extremely negative, and this is not the first time.
2. What's the point of feedback when it's not acted upon?
- new levels are forcing players - loyal players over the past decade - out of the game, as progress is oftentimes impossible;
- bad, incl. bugged new tune and sounds are still in use;
- full-screen mode is still being enforced;
- no "back" and/or "exit" button;
- level navigation is becoming extremely difficult with this dull new map.
3. Why are all regular events - Episode Race, Weekly Contest, Sam's Streak - and many special events not giving anything to the runner-ups?
4. Where's the Fantastic Five's successor?
5. Why is Rôyalty being shut down? Players liked it a lot. What message is this move sending?
6. Why are paying players getting blacklisted, i.e. getting excluded from the video ads "test group"? There have been countless reports over the past 2 years, and only excuses in response from King.
7. What's the point of an unappealing, simple, unoriginal, claustrophobic map? The classic map currently in use and the classic sounds are what makes the game stand out from the crowd. I'm afraid the game is headed downhill with recent changes.

Jack and Karin won't be able to answer these questions as their main focus is to run the season events we see in the game and that is what they will talk about.
Really valid points you have here and we do our best to collect all feedback and share them with the studio but we cannot guarantee you that changes will be made.
We understand that there are some of you are not in favor of that changes that are being made such as the new Saga map. Thanks to everyones feedback, the team is already working on improving the way to navigate to lower levels, but this needs time to develop.
Although we might not always have an answer to all your questions, we're still listening 😉

They were all valid points Doondie put but as QueenB replied although they are listening nothing will be done in the players favour. The horrible map some unlucky players have received is obviously going ahead even though the majority asked for the old one back. As for listening to level feedback, spot on QueenB, you can't guarantee changes will be made and they're not. Well not for the better, impossible levels are here to stay. Sorry that many of us keep sounding negative but it really has turned into a shambles
