I’m logged in via my Apple Account and play on two different devices. One is further progressed. The names have synced but not my profile pictures. How can I change it?

The opening post is 18+ months old! The game has the facility to change our profile picture. But, couple of months ago, King has removed the feature. Because of that, we cannot our profile picture directly in our game.
But, if you are logged in with Facebook, you can change it on Facebook itself. If you are interested, start playing one of the small game (Blossom Blast Saga for example), which still has the option to change your profile picture.
It can't change with me!

This depends on how you are connected to the game.
If you're playing connected to a King account, then simply follow these steps:
If you are connected to the game via Facebook, your Facebook profile name and picture will show in the game. If you'd like to change these simply log into your own Facebook account, make the changes and you're good to go!
Please note that the changes may take a few hours to be published into your game profile.

I log in with a King account, so it's easy to change my in-game profile picture from the account settings. Have you considered creating a King account? If you do it from inside the game app, it should automatically link it to your game. At least that's how it works when you play with a Facebook account.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
