Hi There
Three times now, my Chocolate Box rewards have been lost. I get to to the Hour Free Lives and Claim my prize and then I get the error 'not connected to the server' (or similar) and then the prize is gone.
I love it how you are happy to take our money for gold bars...but don't help us when you are giving us something and take it away.
Can I please have my 3 hours of free lives I have lost because of your server?

You've been unable to claim the ultimate reward for 10 days now? 🤔
Is the game connected to the Internet when you claim the reward? Do you have issues with other features awarding gold bars - Episode Race and Candy Royale?
They've recently removed the unlimited lives from the Choco Box, it seems. For me anyway.
