"Faithful Topscorelist" - repost (earlier post has vanished)

Hi there,

Earlier, I posted 3 questions about my ranking on the Faithful Topscorelist. This post seems to have vanished, so therefore the re-post.

1. Where can I find my ranking on this Topscorelist (it isn't mentioned on my Profile in the app, as Terri suggested in a response to my first, vanished, post, and I also couldn't find it anywhere else in the app, not on my Windows-laptop, not on my Android tablet)
2. A few days after the Topscorelist appeared in the app, I unexpectedly got 10 extra Gold Bars, without notification (I ain't complaining about that ;) ). I've since noticed I had the "Push Notificatoins" in the "Settings-menu set to "Off", and adjusted it to "On". Could the "Off" Setting explain not receiving a notification about these mysterious 10 extra Gold Bars ?
3. Can I also improve my ranking on the Topscorelist by re-finishing earlier levels ?

Any suggestions ?
