Gold bar purchase

I purchased the gold bar special for $2.99 and I didn't get any of the boosters applied to my acct after purchasing. Can't seem to find where I can message anyone to complain about it. I'd be leary to purchase this for anyone else considering it. It was the first time I purchases the gold bar special and it was a waste of my money. Very upset.

How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊

If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉

Try customer services. They are a bit hard to find, but this is how I do it: Inside the game, go into settings, then tap on the question mark. Press one of the options such as "my purchases" and then eventually after you have gone through all the automatic choices there should appear the option "Still need help?" and "Contact us", in green right at the bottom of the page. They have a history of all your purchases and should be able to help you.
