For me the issue started when I opened the app this morning. I was in the middle of a race already and when I completed it I didn't get my reward. I'm not receiving any error message everything seems to be normal I just don't receive the reward. I completed 5 champion races in 1st place and didn't receive anything each time.

It just happened again at 3:00pm. I was winning the race and then my race progress was deleted at episode 4798. It says "Complete Level 4806 to start your race!" So even when I complete the rest of this race, it won't provide de the 45 GB again.

I won episode 5645 and I didn't receive the 45 gold bars, it appeared like I won, I accepted and then they suddenly disappeared from my account and never appeared again, isn't that normal?

Ganhei a corrida do episódio e minhas barrinhas não entraram (30 barras). Na mesma tarde ganhei no cand royale e as barrinhas creditaram normalmente, ou seja, para mim o problema iniciou após às 15hs

When I completed level13325 and went to 13326 it said that it said that I had won 1st place in race and would receive 20 gold bars. Unfortunately this did not happen. I am playing the latest update. I have not received anything as of yet. Please advise how I can collect them
