❌ Issues with Episode Race - Not receiving the Gold Bars rewards!

I have several accounts I switch between and the only one I get rewards for episode race is my first account currently at 13486. Here are screenshots from one account.
This was going on before i took the first screenshot on March 23. I was just told about this thread and see it's not just me having issues.
I always have the same players in every race and they finish in the same order. I haven't received any gold bars, 1 for coming in last. I know without a doubt I should have won several if not most of these races.
I read several comments from @QueenB this issues was fixed...but...I didn't read all 55 pages of the thread. Is this issue fixed? I'm guessing no since I'm still having the problem. Is there something I need to do to get this fixed? I've lost out on over 26 episodes worth of gold and would like to get this fixed. Thanks.
This does come up when I start a race.

Level 13880, Race was showing as me being #1 then when passed it, nothing! I'm playing on Android device. Never got the 25 gold bars at all!

I am still having this issue. Maybe slightly different. I get the notification that I have won the episode race. The “click here” is never displayed and my game freezes. After a few times of restarting the game, I get the option to collect the bars. Although I’m currently at a place that the notification is displayed and my game freezes. I’m playing on an iPad, OS level 16.5. I don’t know where to find the level of Candy Crush I’m playing.

I won two episode races today and did not receive my gold bars.

I commented about this here on April 8 but had issues since March. I contacted support and they said if the time and date are changed in the game you can have the issue. They don't know what's causing this problem.
My guess is this isn't a priority for them since we're not winning gold bars then they don't have to give them out, my opinion.
Support basically told me there's nothing they can do and I'm just out of luck.😡 I've given hope of anything being done about this.🤬😭
I don't know how far you are on the map but your best bet might be to make a new account and hope you won't have issues with it.
