Welcome to the forum! 👋
There's been an issue with Episode Race for a week now.
Some people don't get any gold bars, while others are constantly last. Last thing I heard was Support telling someone to keep a record of how many races they've missed. I personally don't believe they'd award gold bars in arrears. There's no announcement about it anyway. @QueenB has been very silent in recent days.
I don't think there's anything you can do at this point. Just write to Support and hope they'll eventually fix it.

I just had to use all my goldbars to level up because you won't return my winning streak and progress. If you win goldbars you have to use them to level up. And now I have no more the map has on bere hard games and super hard so I know I ain't gine win because I have no goldbars . I win 26goldbars and never received any reward. And now I am struck on these levels. I now waste 35lives and still stuck on these levels. I don't think I can play because I have no more goldbars to level up

Hello all. I just recently passed 3 levels in first place and did not get the rewards that was promised. I believe it was 4 of each of the boosters and 30mins free time of them as. Please help me because I worked hard and used gold bars to make sure I met that accomplishment.

Same thing happened to me. Placed 1st in four episode races and got nothing! But the treasure chest keeps popping up??

also, I reached out to support and all I got was a generic email response to come to the "community". Im pretty annoyed because I worked had as well, spent money to get boosters, and got nothing. Im feeling ripped off.
