I have this same issue. It's with win streak 2. The window pops up saying I've won 30 bars, but there's no "claim" button or any other button to move forward. I'm literally stuck there and have to reboot my Chromebook.

Won last week’s reward challenge, but didn’t receive the reward. I’ve won several in the past without any issue. Is there any recourse for this or am I just out of luck? Any suggestions, advice, or tips would be appreciated.

I still have not received my bats from 2 races.

EDIT. this was was candy royale not episode. However this problem did happen to me on epside race and i emailed king, but no response. I ended up uninstallinh yhe app and reinstalling.lost ALL my extra candies / boosters but fixed the episode race problem. Now i have problems with gold bars being awarded in candy royale. Have commented, emailed in another thread.
I started a new race TODAY and have won 7 games in a row and have not been awarded ANY gold bars in the new episode race. This issue is not fixed. Will I be compenstated.

I have continued to play and yet tom receive the gold bars i would have obtained for finishing 1st. The game was updated today and still nothimng. Are you all going to correct or ignor?
