Hello, good day. I am sending an email from Iran. We connect with VPN to play your game. For several days now, it keeps saying "Please restart or try again later". It keeps saying "Please do not reinstall the game". It cannot connect. It cannot go online and cannot use the rewards. What happened???
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Are we still getting the 300 gold bars for finishing the event? I actually finished it and got a confirmation of obtaining the last tape but didnāt get it. Itās frustrating cause I bought stuffs to finish it on time and used a lot of bars as well for special candies.
