Hello @inaloX what you are seeing could be a temporary issue either at your end or at King's servers. It is difficult to be precise as there are too many things that can affect your internet connection. If everything else other than Candy Crush is working on your device then the problem is King's.
It could also be that you are suffering from a long standing issue for which there is no solution.
Try restarting your device and deleting the app cache (do not delete app data) if you play on android.

Sometimes it helps if you just close and reopen your game. This has worked for me in the past. Also restarting your device can sometimes work.
If none of that helps all you can do is contact Player Support.
Unfortunately I have read that they don't always replace items that are won by playing the game.
