The seems like proof to me that the game is rigged to make players loose, no matter what they do? This should definitely be reported.

Hello Landi, I can't tell you why your matched candy didn't 'pop', but I can tell you that the issue has been going on for years. The problem has been reported many times to King, but as nothing has been done about it I guess they think it isn't a problem.

@Novapichu maybe you can get an update from the Team that the issue was reported to?
