I had A very VERY large lead on All Stars ist round. And did not give me any credit? Can you help?

What kind of credit were you expecting @Screamer12? The first qualifier round runs from the 23rd to 27th and you have to finish in the top five to qualify for the next round.
From what other people have posted you should have received a ticket saying you have qualified.
I am not playing in the All Stars, but if it is similar to previous All Star events then you will know if you did not qualify because the Wild Card event will show in your game.
If you think something has gone wrong you will have to contact Player Support using the Help function of your game. Alternatively you can use the link below. Player Support are the only ones that can help you as this community has no access to your game.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
