Approximately a week ago I won the Candy Royale and did not receive my rewards. This is not the first time this has happened, and I have been compensated one time previously. I can’t understand why it continues to be a problem. I’ve played the game for years and spent way to much money. All I want are my rewards.

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

Have you experienced issues receiving gold bars from other features, namely Episode Race and Chocolate Box (3rd special box)?
Could you post a screenshot of the reward that you did not receive?
What device are you playing on? What type of account do you have - a Facebook created game account or a King account? Have you tried playing on another device?
What did Support tell you last time you contacted them?
