Progress wont sync with Facebook

Good morning,
I have attempted to sync my Candy Crush progress with my Facebook account. However, after the sync is completed it is incorrect. I am trying to figure out how to fix this issue, and so far I have not been able to. In the app on my device (iPhone) I am on level 4379. When I sync to my Facebook account it has me on level 11. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you bring back your saved progress but it taken longer. 😉
