Level 240

I'm asking for help from anyone. I'm on level 240 and for some reason, it only let's me have about 3-5 moves (with 5 moves being the most it allows me) and then the game times out. I'm not that slow of a player! It seems that something is wrong with this level. I know most of you are so very far ahead of me but I thought perhaps someone remembered that level being a problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi . The game doesn't time out, as a rule, so it isn't that. This cannot be related to the level you are playing. I have played that level recently, it's unusually hard for an early level but this sounds like it's an issue with your device rather than the game. I suggest you contact technical support, they might be able to help.

Or it could be the "no more possible moves-switching" phenomenon you are talking about? If so, then you've probably got past this level by now. If it happens three time in a row (I think) it then cuts you out, but to me it only happens once in this level.

Hi Gamegal, it is a long way back to level 240, so if you could post a screenshot that would be helpful. Christine has covered one option that could be causing your issue. Here are some others

Could it be the level has bombs on it and a bomb had exploded. This gives a message that mentions running out of time I think.

Is it a chocolate round and you have let chocolate fill the board meaning you run out of moves?

Or have you let chocolate block the candy dispensers meaning you run out of candy to match.

OMG I think I have given myself an RSI. 4 minutes and 18 seconds to get back to level 240 and I am only at level 4160.

If it does I don't think you should be geting timed out every time you play. I received one 'no more moves' message on my first try. On my third go I received four 'no more moves' one after the other. That was without me making any moves and it was just the game constantly shuffling. It did sort itself out though.

Even you still can't play your level I think you will have to report it to Player Support
