Why can't Opt Out of Candy Royale!

I want to play candy royale it disappeared from my events tab about 10 days ago and hasn't returned. Maybe because I've won a lot of gold bars from it.

It definitely is a bug, alright, and her words confirm it. Some will get the extra button, while others won't, i.e. they'll still have the classic version with the "X".
What kind of "a test" is forcing people to do something against their will? Must be a bug. Losing the "X" button and not getting the new one is therefore unwanted game behaviour, i.e. a bug.

The question being answered was 'I can't opt out of Candy Royale'
Her words in that context confirm that some people will receive the Not Now and others will not be able to opt out.

Haha, you funny. I guess you are hinting at the portrait/landscape fiasco.

I believe you've misunderstood her. The "workaround" addition confirms that. There is a test, OK. Not giving people a choice is definitely not intended, i.e. it's a bug. Yes, it's part of the test but it's a bug nevertheless.
Portrait/landscape, new trashy map/classic map, new bad music/classic music - you name it.
In conclusion, just because they deny it, it doesn't mean this is the case. An indisputable example is losing ads after making a purchase. There are virtually hundreds of reports online by people losing ads IMMEDIATELY after making a purchase. Yet, King reps (Support and Community) keep denying the connection despite overwhelming evidence. They've lost all credibility by now, so to me it doesn't really matter whether having no way to opt out is intended or not. 😐

I hate having to play Candy Royale! It keeps popping up and I can't get rid of it. Please put back that option. Its a waste!!

I had the X in the upper right corner for the last 9700 levels. Only recently did the X disappear. I played Royale a couple times and found it annoying. I want my X back!! Lol

I came here to post the same thing! I NEVER play because I hate it. Not being able to opt out is awful!
