lost completed level

Hi. Would be directing this at the creators of this game. Having just completed a nightmare level on candy crush saga which took forever to do - this is level 6529 on the PC - the game so politely decided to crash just as the win screen effects started. I am seriously annoyed with this as it now expects me to do this level all over again which I expect will also takes weeks. Can the members of king put me on to level 6530 please which is where I should be?

Sorry that's happened to you. Please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there. They can restore level manually.

Hi Doodie.

Short answer is no chance in hell lol. Completed the level then got the fireworks then the screen froze up. Kept minimising and restoring the window as that sometimes does it but no joy so had no choice but to close the game and hope it had recorded my win. No chance. One of the mods has replied and syas they can restore the level manually so will give that a go. Thanks to all for the replies and help:)
