Level 1
Hello to all!
I created a King account with an email address, to save my progress.
I had no more ads on the game to earn booster, nor the ad cinema, so I deleted the app and reinstalled it.
I reconnected with my email, and there I fell back to level 1, while I was at level 1700 (a little more)? However I still have all my friends.
My account is working on the Candy Crush Saga app but here they didn't recognize my email, I had to create a new account.
Please help me to recover my progress, it represents years of play for me...
Thanks a lot
I would suggest logging out of the new account again and trying once more to log in to your original email account. It really should work. Your original account does not get deleted if you open a new account with a new email. None of this would help get ads back into your game, but you definitely should be able to retrieve you game progress: Go into settings in the game, log out again. Then log in with email, using your original account email and password.
Hello @christinewupp
I don't know if I explained it correctly. I had created an account last week with my usual email address to save all my game, I could see on the app that I was connected and my email and my login appeared.
Then I deleted the app, and I logged back in with the same email and login and instead of being at level 1700 I was at level 1, my email and name were the same as when I was at 1700.
When I connected on the internet to the King platform, they put me with an unknown login, unknown email address, while on the Candy Crush app I was connected with the same login! The most surprising is that I still have all my friends that I had with the account that was not recognized.
It's a bit complex, I hope it's clearer
@Leouille When I connected on the internet to the King platform, they put me with an unknown login, unknown email address, while on the Candy Crush app
I could be wrong Leouille, but I think you are making a mistake when you are signing back into your game.
When you open the game and need to sign in you have to choose the option LOG IN WITH EMAIL and not Sign Up With Email
If you are currently signed into your game please sign out and then log back in using the correct option
Just in case you are using a translator the option you should be using is below the text that says Already have a King account?
Thank you @christinewupp
Thank you @Alienscar, this is what you described to me that I do. I've fallen back to the beginning again.
I think I really lost all my progress but I still had messages and my friends that's what I don't understand, it couldn't save that?
I have no way to recover my levels? I sent an email to King support but they send me back to this forum?
Sorry to hear you did not manage to retrieve your progress. I am not sure what else to do. If you are unsuccessful with King support I would advise you to continue the game you now have. If you use the boosters wisely and save your gold bars you will get very far very quickly in a new game. I started a new game a week ago and am now already on level 426. You will win the first few episode races and so gain a lot of gold bars.
Sorry to hear that didn't work for you Leouille all I can think of is that you somehow lost your levels when you created your account. Leaving it until level 1700 before you save your game was a bit risky anyway.
I have no way to recover my levels?
Well, in theory this is the job of Player Support they should be able to reinstate your game to the correct level. Each previous level will be shown as completed with two stars I believe, which matters to some people.
When you get a reply from Player Support you must reply to that automated response to get an actual response to your question.
@Novapichu @QueenB can one of you please help Leouille get their levels reinstated?
By the way here is the article that Kiara was trying to link. Her link didn't work because the article has been changed. I doubt you will find it helpful though.
