I am getting the same ad but it won't close and give rewards ??? very frustrating ! HELP
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
And youĀ can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community)Ā that youĀ can use the boosters to beat any tricky levelsĀ too. š

Itās impossible to compete with other players who have access to ads. I think Iām taking a break until everyone has access to ads.

No matter how many times you ask, you'll get the same excuses as a reply - "it's a test feature", "not guaranteed to work", "stay tuned". Last one cracks me up every time - just wait God knows how long. lol Great advice! š
You can't activate video ads manually, I'm afraid. The only thing you could do is take some time off the game. Like, don't log in for a month or two. If you're lucky, you'll be included in the "test group" when you return.
Bear in mind ads only work on mobile devices. And if you make a purchase with real money, ads will be removed from your account for an unknown period of time (4-18 months).

Hi, I have purchased rewards. Ever since you stopped me to get free rewards by watching adds. That is not fair. instead of supporting customer to to buy rewords you stop them to use free rewards by watching adds. If I donāt get the free rewords I will stop plying and remove the app. Thanks
