Not enough turns to move on to next level

I have to spend money to get to next level. It’s beginning to fade for me. I win levels when I have to spend more money. So my question is, why do candy crush give you less numbers to play knowing that it going to be difficult to accomplish, plays without having to buy more gold bars? It’s still fun to play.
