What do I do when the game cheats me?
Options
Map 6680 cheated me out of bonuses and out of gold. I had an my bonuses worked up and as soon as 6680 started, it immediately said no more moves. Apparently, after being cheated I could see it was because my bonuses were filling all the slots and no matches could be made.
So I lose that and get the option of reupping my bonuses for 39 gold. I approve and, BAM, same issue and I lose all my bonuses yet again. Third try, just my regular timer bonuses gave me the same error.
I had to wait until ALL bonuses were timed out to play the level. Without any chance this game cheated me out of gold and out of my full bonus status. How fair is it that I have to be knocked down to zero just to play a level after working really hard to build that level and gold count. GARBAGE!!!!

Hi @BudGreen you are right it is really annoying when you lose a level purely because King can't design their levels correctly.
If you have any screenshots all you can do is contact Player Support asking that they replace your lost items. Point out that it is THEIR level design at was at fault and nothing that you did.
They generally do not replace items that were gained freely, but if you don't ask you will never know.
I have read that sometimes if you email often enough they will provide you with some boosters as a gesture of goodwill.
They will not reinstate your Win Streak.
