I reached the top tier quickly and paid for the season pass, I collected some items that I wanted but not timed items as I didn't have time to use them when I bought it. They are now locked and I can't access them unless I pay again. You can see where I claimed some and not others in screenshot. I contacted them and they just sent an automated message that was not relevant ๐
Hi @gemma9942 Contact them again. First time round you nearly always get some generic reply. Reply to that with you screenshot proof and hopefully they ought to reimburse you.
