Season pass
Why can't I access the rewards from the season pass that I paid for? I only collected some at the time of purchase because I didn't have time to use the free lives for an hour etc.
You can see where I've collected some but now it's locked. Due to this problem I've spent even more money which is not fair.
Also, when I completed something the other day I should have had 2hrs free lives which were given with an apology the next day but I'd only popped on for 5 minutes and didn't wish to use it then. That was your mistake and then forced the time on me which was inconvenient to me.

Hi Gemma, there is a known issue with the Season Pass which, based on your post doesn't look like it has been resolved.
You have to reply to the automated reply you receive from Player Support to get any actual help.
