I just bought a new computer. I wanted to play candy crush saga using facebook sign in. However, the bright orange King logo page comes up but nothing else loads. I am so disappointed. KING fix this please. Candy crush DOESN'T run on windows 11

I have been playing candy crush soda for over a year on win11 but started experiencing more and more problems. I tried repairing and resetting then decided to uninstall then re-download but now its stuck on the loading screen. I've tried what I think is everything. I've uninstalled, reinstalled several times.Been over a month now no solutions and still stuck on loading screen no matter what.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
