How do I get back ads for free moves etc??

I made a big mistake of purchasing bars to beat a level and now it seems I lost the option of getting to watch ads for boosters and moves! Did anyone else have this experience recently? How long do I have to hold out before I get those options back? I literally can’t beat a level anymore without paying for bars. After 10 plus years of playing candy crush I think I’m going to have to call it quits!

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

How long do I have to hold out before I get those options back?

If you continue to play then it is more than likely that you will never see your advert features again.

If you do not open your game, at all, for over three months there is a slim chance that your adverts might reappear in your game.

Alternatively if you aren't too bothered about your progress, saved lives and boosters you can start the game again using a brand new email address and see if you can get adverts again.
