Yesterday i start playing after being away from the game , there was a msg says that if i complete 7 levels i will get 500 gold bar and i did complet more than 10 level continues and i didnt get ay golden bars !! Please check

You're talking about the Candy Royale event. 500 gold bars is the grand prize you share with other winners, so you're not guaranteed to get it. You need to clear 7 levels from the first try within 24 hours in order to get a share of the pot.
Hope this clears things up. If you believe you experienced a bug, then write to Support about it.
