the game just glitched and I lost my streak of almost 400 levels. Is there any way to rectify this situation?

What is the issue you are experiencing in level # 4978? Also, which device are you using?

Was there a fix to the glitch on 4978
Candy crush emailed me telling me to come here to find answers about glitches and I see a lot of people dealing with the same thing but no answers or resolutions smh. What a disappointment. I’m on level 4978 and it glitched yet again when I won the board so it didn’t save my game and I lost my streak. This is too popular of a game and a well funded game for this to be happening to the users and then you don’t even right the situation. Maybe it’s time to find a new game
I did not lose the level. The game glitched out.

Thank you for the feedback .unfortunately if you lose a level then we have to start from the beginning again or If you lose a level, while you're on a streak, you can choose to continue to play the level (and thus keep your streak) or to leave the level and lose your streak and associated rewards from the candy necklace.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
