My accounts merged I got in contacted one time, now all I get is automated replies, is there anyway to actually get someone at customer support, and yes I'm using the email associated with that account when I contact them.

I'm in the same boat as you - 2 of my accounts got merged, and Support won't give me a single human reply. They won't even tell me they can't help or anything - just automated rubbish at first based on the topic I chose, then nothing when I replied or created a new ticket. It's very disappointing.
You should reach out to them from your new account and probably choose a different topic, then explain you've lost your progress and ask them to manually restore it for you. Tell them what level you were on on the lost account and hope for the best.

What Kiara is trying to say Terrell is that there is no point in contacting Support as once your accounts become merged they can not be separated, manually or otherwise.

If two game accounts have been merged or synced, it is not possible to separate them or remove the other account..
please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
Did all that but still can get in contact with support to have them.manually restore that account, sent them the information 3 times, only get automated responses

When a King account and Facebook account get merged or synced, you cannot separate them. The Facebook account over writes the King account and the King account is lost. The game is now completely saved on the player with the Facebook account.
The only solution for this is that the player that had the King account, creates and new King account with another email and then gets the game manually restored on that account.
Please reinstall the app on your device and create a new King account when opening the game.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
