Why did I lose my progress. I passed 30 levels got one mark toward the treasure chest. Abd was number one. And the next morning I was even on the top 3 . I contact king via email but all they do is give me excuses. ?

Hello @CandyC3655 are you talking about your progress in the Candy Cup?

If you were number one and now find yourself out of the top five after you have slept then that isn't a problem that can be fixed.

When the competition includes a leader board you will have to be prepared to play for 24 hours a day if you want to stay in one of the top three positions.

If that isn't the problem you are complaining about, could you please provide a screenshot of your issue, so that we can more easily understand your issue.
