Lost all boosters :\

My wife has lost all her boosters, but the goldbars are still available. What can she do?

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

Thanks for the answer, but unfortuately it doesn't help.
She did not deinstall or reinstall the game.
She was never registered in any way. Neither does she have a King account, nor has she signed up via facebook ... could that be the case, or did we just forget the access data?
