my bank account is debited via Apple acc for Season Pass and no credits are given. This is not the first time I have paid for nothing in return. I’m confident it is a bug and not intentional fraud, and hope that King will fix and pass credits as due or refund. I’m disappointed to say the least
Hello @stephen_oehley I am sorry, but the members of this forum can't deal with your purchasing issues.
For items that you purchased, but didn't receive you have to complain to your app store operator or Player Support.
Some players have mistakenly thought they should have been credited the rewards automatically after purchasing the gold pass. Just making sure you realise you need to go into the Seasons' Pass and press "claim" for each individual reward in the Season's pass.
