You are doing it right now. This is what they mean, writing to each other here. There is no way to chat other than in this open forum. King want to be able to read what we write to each other so that we can't tell each other about ways to cheat, so there will not be a private chat option in Candy Crush any time soon.

I am sorry! The Candy Crush Saga game does not have a Chat feature like in Soda saga or Farm Heroes Saga!
If you are using Facebook to log into the game, you can chat with your friend on FB Messenger! Other than that, there is no option to talk with our friends in the game!!

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
