Dumb stuff

Had 6 moves left and the dragon egg thing didn't show up.... Spent 10 gold to get an extra 5 moves and still didn't show up.... Spent an extra 16 gold to get another 5 moves and still didn't show up.... Anyone had this problem?? Another win streak lost cause of dumb stuff like this.

Ads run but can't click the X to get reward granted
II posted a king community to find out why I am unable to retrieve the rewards after listening to a 30 second video. All it does is repeat. I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and never lost it but it disappeared.....
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared.
