Charges

I've spent a lot of money in Candy Crush while recovering from a procedure the past couple weeks, but it looks like a double charge of $19.99 on my credit card. I am sure to buy more gold bars in the future, so is it possible to have a game credit instead of a credit card refund?

I tried to request a refund and it said I would lose access. What does that mean? It's frustrating because I spend a lot on candy crush and don't get rewards and now I'm not getting my purchases. I guess I'm done. It's too bad, I really like the game.

I would get a credit card refund if I were you. Also I strongly advise you not to spend more on gold bars in the future as you predict. King penalise players who spend money on the game by making future offers more expensive to them. The more you spend the fewer good offers or chances to win free boosters you will get. It's a totally screwed up game not worth spending money on.
